Trottier is filled with a huge variety of opinions, ideas, and interests! A group from the newspaper group made a survey and many Trottier students responded. The survey was about favorite things and trends! What are the school’s favorite fashion trends?

Statistics show that flare leggings are a very popular fashion item. The survey also showed that pajamas are a popular trend. Many people say that Yeezy slides, Jordans, and slippers are a popular choice of footwear.  Athleisure wear was another popular trend this year. Some of the more well-known brands at Trottier are Lululemon and Athleta. Some other small and less-known clothing interests were corsets and Dark Harajuku fashion. We have noticed around school that lots of students wear Lululemon and Ugg slippers, and people call this style preppy. Overall, this school has vast interests in fashion sense. 

What are the school’s favorite lunches?

We have taken time to notice that students have different interests for school lunches. Students have shown a love of nachos and mozzarella sticks the most, but there are other pop\ular interests too! Students like mac and cheese. They also like pasta, preferably with red/meat sauce. Some other preferred lunch food choices are different sandwiches like grilled cheese and chicken patties Other food options at lunch are pancakes/sausages.

What are the school’s favorite activities?

Trottier students have many favorite after-school activities and clubs. Some of these consist of soccer, drama club, basketball, strength and conditioning, and fashion club. It seems that the most popular after school activities are drama club and soccer club. Ski club also seems to be a popular  after school activity. Trottier has many different after school activities and clubs that the students here seem to enjoy.

Trottiers students have other favorite interests too. Students like Stanleys and Taylor Swift, the song writer and artist. We have noticed that listening to Taylor Swift is a big trend. People wear her merch and listen to her songs. Survey results also show that students enjoy participating in the fun fri-yays. Trottier has amazing hobbies and it is so fun to celebrate everyone’s differences.

Trottiers vast amount of after school activities and trends interest our students greatly. It is also fun to learn about everybody’s hobbies and favorites. Our poll showed many different results. The students at Trottier had extensive opinions on Trottiers lunch, trends, and after school activities. We should all use this information to get to know each other better and create a better Trottier environment.
